I’m a steady, hands-on partner when your work starts to outgrow your current setup. I help you organize what already exists, clarify what’s next, and build practical systems that fit how you work, often blending strategy + operations cleanup + Squarespace/web structure + communications support.
-
I work best with creatives, solo founders, artists, and small teams who already have something real- ideas, content, momentum, but feel scattered, stuck, or unsupported by their current systems. If you value thoughtfulness, collaboration, and long-term sustainability over hustle culture, we’ll likely work well together.
-
No. While many creatives are drawn to my work because I understand the personal and operational challenges of creative careers, some of my most meaningful long-term engagements are with business owners and small teams in very different fields. The common thread isn’t industry, it’s working with people who value thoughtful strategy, steady partnership, and making considered decisions as their work grows.
-
Common projects include Squarespace website builds or reorganizations, SEO cleanup+ AI Optimization, content and page structure, newsletter and audience systems, pricing and service clarity, operational cleanup, and strategic planning during periods of transition or growth. The work adapts to what you actually need- not a preset package.
-
All three- depending on the situation. Some clients need hands-on implementation, others need strategic guidance and accountability, and many fall somewhere in between. We clarify this together at the outset so expectations, scope, and pacing are aligned.
-
I don’t sell motivation, hustle, or rigid frameworks. My work is grounded, practical, and human. I focus on reducing friction, supporting capacity, and building systems you can actually maintain. The goal isn’t optimization at all costs; it’s creating a life and work structure that feels steady, ethical, and sustainable.
Think of me as a nanny, I come in to take care of YOU and lighten your load so that you can step back, gain perspective and shift the way you work for optimal success.
-
Yes. You can book one-time strategy or clarity sessions, or we can work together over time through monthly support or project-based engagements. I’ll recommend the lightest effective structure based on what you’re navigating.
-
I work primarily in Squarespace, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Workspace. My focus is on clean structure, visual clarity, and systems that are easy to maintain long-term. I intentionally avoid over-engineering or introducing tools you don’t actually need.
-
I offer project-specific pricing, affordable entry points, and sliding-scale options for businesses and individuals interested in longer-term partnership rather than one-off hires. Click here to view my full pricing breakdown.

The first step is a short intake or conversation to understand what you’re working on and whether I’m the right fit. From there, I’ll suggest a clear next step, whether that’s a one-time project, ongoing support, or a referral elsewhere if it’s not aligned. I’m intentional about fit and pacing, and I don’t rush clients into work that doesn’t serve them.
-
That’s very common, and often the right moment to reach out. Many clients come to me feeling scattered, stuck, or unsure how all the pieces fit together. Part of my role is helping you clarify what matters, identify the real problem, and decide on a practical next step without overwhelm.
My 30-minute discovery consultations are always free of charge and a great place to start.

Working together long-term looks like steady support, evolving clarity, and systems that grow with you. As your work changes, I adapt alongside you, helping you make thoughtful decisions, refine what’s already in motion, and stay connected to your values without burning out.

My favorite work is with business owners who are in a moment of transition, when things are growing, shifting, or feeling heavier than expected. I love helping people step back, gain clarity, and feel supported through the uncomfortable middle, where decisions matter and it helps to have a steady, trusted partner alongside you.
