Grounded Growth is a way of implementing change that prioritizes clarity, capacity, and alignment over speed or optimization. It starts with honesty about what’s no longer working, honors your real energy and nervous system, and builds forward in ways that are sustainable, humane, and true to your values.
No pressure, guilt, or performative productivity- simply steady, supported growth.
What does Grounded Growth mean?
I developed the Grounded Growth Workbook for myself,
after moving through a major life transition. Along the way, I began collecting the milestone “aha” moments, the reflections, questions, and tools I kept returning to, and shaped them into something I could come back to whenever I needed clarity again.
The first step of the workbook is Values. Not because it’s the easiest place to start, but because it’s one of the most important. Identifying our values helps us reconnect with our why, the deeper motivation behind our choices. When we’re disconnected from that, even the most exciting moments can feel flat or unfulfilling.
For now, the Grounded Growth Workbook is exclusive to my clients. I’ve included a free Values Exercise here if you’d like a simple place to begin on your own or click the link below to schedule a free 30-minute discovery call if you’re interested in working together.
